It is located in Via di Mezzo on the ground floor of the historic building. Quiet and suitable to study, painting or reading.
The entrance leads to a spacious living room furnished, functional and colorful.
On the left as you enter, there is the library, a sofa bed, chairs and the internet corner with free wifi 24 hours. No phone. Television LCD LED HD. Single heating and air conditioned.
A large carpet protects the floor from olive wood.
On the right the kitchen stocked with a gas cooker and crockery for 4/6 people. The dining table for 4 people easily extendable up to six.
Microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender etc. Kitchen utensils all perfectly functional.
Going up two steps you enter a hallway with table and chairs that can be used as a studio.
From the hallway there are two doors. The first to the right leads to a large bathroom with shower. In a corner there´s a washing machine and a dryer.
The second door on the left allows to the entry room. The room is well furnished with a large built in double wardrobe. The bedroom can be double or singles beds. A library and other accessories make the room very comfortable. You log on with another door to a second small bathroom with exclusive relevance of the room.
The entire apartment is nicely decorated with colors that blend between white and beige.
At 100 meters there are all the shops. Supermarket butcher chocolate ice cream etc. Of course restaurants and trattorias are within 5 minutes walk. The station of Santa Maria Novella is a 20/25 minute walk. The Cathedral and Giotto´s Bell Tower are a 10-minute walk. The Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio in 15/20 twenty minute walk. Central and well served.
